Our branches offer special assistance for pregnant women, retirees, pensioners, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
To apply Law 6 of June 16, 1987, regarding benefits for retirees, pensioners, and seniors, it is required that you present the corresponding document as established in the law decree.
For complaints about the cashier service of the A.T.T.T. located in Sertracen offices, call 311 – Citizen Complaints Center.
On Saturdays, some branches do not have a cashier; therefore, the driver’s license procedure fee can be paid through the Telered ATM network and online banking (subject to your bank’s availability).
