Our branches have special lines for pregnant women, retirees, and pensioners.
Ladies aged 55 and gentlemen aged 60, when processing their procedure, must present their retiree card to apply for the discount.
A discount for retirees, pensioners, or seniors is applied to the driver’s license procedure according to the Law decree of July 6, 1987, at the A.T.T.T. counters located in our branches.
For complaints about the cashier service of the A.T.T.T. located in Sertracen offices, call 311 – Citizen Complaints Center.
On Saturdays, some branches do not have a cashier; therefore, the driver’s license procedure fee can be paid through the Telered ATM network and online banking (subject to your bank’s availability).
