By analyzing elements such as the arrangement of the eyes, the shape of the nose and the structure of the cheekbones, this technology creates a unique profile that is virtually impossible to replicate or fake.

In compliance with Decree 8 of April 5, 2021 of the Electoral Court, we have reinforced our paperwork process with biometric validation, which is why it will be required during the renewal and duplicate process.

When a user requests access or verification on our platform, they will be asked to provide an image of their face. Our system then compares this image with the one we have stored in our database, using advanced algorithms to verify the authenticity and match of facial features.

We will never share this information with third parties without the user’s explicit consent in compliance with the Law 81 of April 26, 2019 on the Protection of Personal Data.
