  3. Los datos proporcionados deberán ser iguales a los de los documentos anexados.

  4. Deberá validar su correo electrónico debidamente escrito, antes de proceder a enviar.
    You must verify that your email address is correctly written before submitting.
  5. Las imágenes de la licencia (frente y reverso) deben estar en orientación horizontal, a colores y en resolución mínima de 200dpi para que no se vea borroso los datos.
    The images of the license (front and back) must be in horizontal orientation, in color, and with a minimum resolution of 200 dpi to ensure the data is not blurry.
  6. El documento deberá ser impreso a colores y traerlo con las firmas de validación correspondientes.
    The document must be printed in color and submitted with the required validation signatures.
  7. Las fechas se manejan en formato DD/MM/AÑO (día, mes, año).
    Dates must follow the format DD/MM/YEAR (day, month, year).
  8. Sólo se validarán las categorías correspondientes en Panamá.
    Only the categories applicable in Panama will be validated.
  9. Si no cumple con los parámetros indicados en este formulario no se aceptará el formulario aún cuando cumpla con las firmas.
    If the requirements stated in this form are not met, the form will not be accepted even if it includes the required signatures.
